Common froglet, about 1.5cm in length to the tip of its tail. If this is a male, it should grow to about 9cm or 10cm. Females are much larger, and might grow to be about 14cm. This froglet shows some of the colours that they can be, olive green, brown and yellow, hints of cream and pink. But they might also carry shades of lime green, black and have splashes of red.
Spirogyra algae is a favourite habitat hangout and by this stage in their development, they are munching water fleas and small wormy things.
