Running with the school to capture life on the move. Glassfish ( Golden pygmy sweepers) have a delicate translucency that reflects the colours of the water and their surrounding environment. They bunch up tight like this when there’s a stranger in town or when they feel threatened. There’s safety in numbers and at this point, they are unsure of my intentions. I wanted to capture different facets of their personality and story, and that would take time. The little fish grow up to 10cm in length and can gather together in their hundreds.
